Lag Since new season

Alright ever since the new season especially since last patch I've been having lag issues from the game. I don't know if they changed the backbone hub that my area connects to or what but this is getting very annoying and irritating. I'll be booted while on PvE's or booted while trying to load into a PvE. My ship will teleport around like crazy. So please address this issue.

Anyone else in the texas region having issues? If people in texas are having this issue then it could be a backbone hub issue.
