PWE Prepaid card promos?

How often do the PWE Prepaid cards get a bonus sale for a promo? I have a lot of PWE cards that where giving to me as a gift and I was wondering how long I would have to wait until they get a 15% zen bonus or what ever.

    I believe that PWE cards have never went on promo. Only the ultimate game cards. It has happened a few times with the past month being the most recent.
