Voth Wide Angle Transphasic-Chroniton Torpedo 'slightly' glitched

I've filed a bug report on this already - but the Transphasic-Chroniton wide angle torp that comes with the Bulwark is slightly glitched. When manual firing via 'fire all torpedoes' or 'fire all torpedoes and mines' - the torpedo will only fire in the standard ninety degree torpedo arc. However if you map the torpedo launcher itself to your skill tray and/or hot key - using the launcher as a power will allow her to fire in the full 180 degree arc.
When firing from autofire or a mapped power button - wide angle.
When firing from fire all weapons, fire all torpedoes, or fire all torpedoes and mines - standard angle.
Nothing that can't be worked around, but kind of frustrating to say the least.
This test was performed on board the Voth Bulwark Dreadnought Cruiser, Voth Bastion Flight Deck Cruiser, Odyssey Tactical Cruiser, Fleet Assault Cruiser Retrofit, and Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit.
