Romulan Reputation Store Duty Officers...Not Unlocked/Not Displaying

Greetings!

Been playing the game since the beta, and enjoy it quite a bit. That said, recently ran into a problem: I unlocked the Very Rare Duty Officers under the Romulan Reputation mission, but they're not showing up in the store. Only things displayed are the plasma rifles and the like that I've already unlocked. I know there was a similar problem with the Omega reputation system, but have searched the forums and can't find the solution.

Has there been any coverage/solution discovered for this problem?

There is a good reason for that....

there are no Romulan Duty officers unlock for the rep system.

You sure you didn't get the consumable security teams, the only Romulan unlock duty officers are found in the Embassy.

No, it did in fact say Very Rare Duty Officers...They've got them for the Omega, I just assumed that they had them for the Romulan factions as well...

Omega reputation has rare and very rare borg duty officers you can unlock in your rep store. No other reputations have doffs in their stores that I'm aware of.

I think you got confused with the Bodyguards. The Omega ones were awards which were taken away when the system changed and then were added to the rep store after some time.
