Brightness flickering on ground missions

Hello Everyone,

I've got this weird issue which is driving me insane ; the brightness during ground missions randomly flickers, from bright to dim. It's not a fast flicker, but my screen will be bright and then randomly change to really dim. And so forth.

AMD 64 X2 3800
AMD HD 7790 13.12
Windows 7 32 bit

    I think its cloud cover. They added moving clouds in the sky and it is them passing over the sun. I noticed this in the Spire battlezone last night.

    Aaaah. Is that what it is. It has driven me nuts to. I thought that it was just another bug. Lol. Oh, man Cryptic really need to focus on cleaning up their code, it is reaching ridiculous levels where it is difficult to separate bugs from 'proper coding'.
