Question about the "evaluate romulan/reman bridge offier candiate" DOFF mission

    The last I have seen an "Evaluate Romulan / Reman Boff" was back in November 2014.

    I play STO pretty consistently and every time I play it my Romulan toons always travel around various sector blocks including Beta Ursae and Tau Dewa. The mission seems to be rarer than real gold.

    It's a strange one but they do appear. I tend to get them in spurts, say days or weeks without seeing one then I'll get 2 in the same day. I've yet to see a Reman though. Not sure why they need to be so rare considering I get constant applications from Klingons, Gorn, Orions and Nausicaans - then the SRO and SI traits being even rarer. But I've managed to keep my Bridge completely Romulan with a few Remans all the same.
