Since it's originally been posted in the FAW thread, here are the links of broken BO's on DBB's and Lance:
Your Dual Phaser Banks - Overlaod III deals 1634 (13073) Phaser Damage to Mogai Heavy Warbird.

This was a fully buffed attack, BO3, Attack Pattern Alpha, Tactical Fleet II, Fire On My Mark III, Attack Pattern Beta I, Tactical Team I and Red Matter Capacitor.

Your Dual Chroniton Beam Banks - Overload II deals 722 (7221) Antiproton Damage to Sphere.

From Kerrat Chat:
[Combat (Self)] Your Dual Tetryon Banks - Overload III deals 17229 (13630) Tetryon Damage to Tribble Dibble.

Yet, there are others whose regular beams and BO2 seem to be fine:
http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=14132001&postcount=114

this includes my my own numbers which seem to be ok:
[Combat (Self)] Your Phaser Spinal Lance deals 35274 (56233) Phaser Damage(Critical) to Entity.
[Combat (Self)] Your Dual Phaser Banks - Overload II deals 6074 (25456) Phaser Damage to Malkarne.
[Combat (Self)] Your Dual Phaser Banks - Overload II deals 30916 (49551) Phaser Damage(Critical) to -Dius-.

So what is happening Cryptic? Did you also TRIBBLE up beams in general respectively BO(3?)'s ?

What are your experiences?

Over all the FAW rage, what are your experiences on this? There seem to be player with whom BO works fine, for others it's completely bugged.

You need to test better dude. Fire it a thousand times against the same stationary target such as the gate in infected space and give the results. I can see right away that one is a crit and one isn't. We can't take anything from two weapon shots.

Sorry but I will do no such thing on something that might be broken for some but isn't for others (including me). If anyone as observed similar they will report it and over time you have the same effect.

Besides I really don't think you have read my post properly. Yes my own numbers do include crits, but as I stated those numbers look fine. What does not look fine is the stuff ABOVE it.

You grabbed posts from all over the place as "evidence" for the alleged bug, that's not a viable test method. You have no way of knowing a player's Critical Severity or the player's skill build, which has a huge impact on performance. There is nothing wrong with Beam Overload. The Chroniton Beam Bank you listed above obviously hit shields first, which is why the hull damage numbers are lower.

I know the players I listed personally. I also know their builds and skill. I also know how my own ships look like. Apart from that you're right. Evidence is lacking but there are weird hints out there.
