Defera - Power Plant "Clossed off"

Im trying to do this mission since 4 days ago. But everytime i select this mission (i try it once per day) and i go to the power plant to free the deferi engineers, i cant, since the mission is not activated and i cant see any force field on any location of the deferi engineers.

Nobody is complaining about this, but i dont see anybody doing this mission. Its probably because of this. Please cryptic fix this.

    Nobody's complaining cause it's been bugged forever and they just gave up caring about it.

    It usually works pretty well if you do it right after a server reset, and don't engage the borg in the room until after the engineer/force fields respawn.

    Oh, i see. Another bug.. again.. lol. The thing is, i completed that mission three or four times, before my luck ran out lol.

    Its defera, the whole planet is just one big bug.
