Character Creation Outfit Load?

I just came back to the game and planned to reroll my character and play through the game from the ground up.

However, after I saved the look of my character and all my bridge officers...I was unable to load them during character creation.

Am I doing something wrong here?

    Outfit save/load is so broken its not funny. Try it with an alien, it resets you to some random a** combination every damn time, and it always puts you into the stupis offduty "shirt"
    Inertia just means you can do Powerslides in you carrier!
