Breen Raider project bugged?

I'm doing the Winter Event reputation project for the Breen Raider on two alts, one KDF, one Feddie.

Yesterday when I logged on, I noticed that the KDF-side alt had suddenly had his Raider project somehow transmuted (as in, same progress) to the Breen Cruiser project.

Now, this wouldn't be so bad, I have enough Lobi to catch up, but as it turns out, the Breen Raider project is no longer even available, all available projects for the Winter Event are the Breen Cruiser.

It would suck if I had to restart the entire project, true, but unfortunately I can't even do that. And even worse, I'm at 36% already, and, well...

    Well, I got a response from the customer support. Unfortunately, they seemed to have misunderstood the problem entirely, as they thought I wanted the resources spent back, when what the actual problem is, is that I cannot even begin the Breen Raider project, because it is not there. It is missing. It is non-existent. It is pining for the Fjords.

    I repeat, I can easily catch up with resources. That is not the bug. The bug is that the reputation project is entirely gone and cannot be begun.

    I may be wrong, but I think you can't have both projects running at the same time (even when not putting any resource in them). Either you pick the raider or the cruiser, it seems. I managed to "bypass" that on my Fed and have both projects slotted, but the raider will have to wait until I get 14 crystal shards from the next Crystalline Cataclysm I currently have the project related to slotted.

    Doesn't men I find the inability to have both projects running logical, though.
    Did you try to cancel the cruiser project now they gave back your resources and see if the raider one shows up?

    The fact that the project changed without any reason is the main problem here

    I'm not trying to have both up at the same time, I'm trying to queue one up while running the other, which should be doable.

    Unfortunately, there is only one project that can be run. Breen Cruiser. Not only did the existing Breen Raider project get turned into the Cruiser project, there is no longer a Breen Raider project to do even if I cancelled the Cruiser one. I suspect the issue is that the project got somehow bugged and turned into the Cruiser one, but the game is still somehow identifying it as the Raider project (which it no longer is), so the Raider project can't be chosen. So either way I'm boned.

    Well, there's always other games I can spend money on...

    ...seriously, am I really the only one with this bug? Because that seems weird.

    No, you aren't the only one. My problem went further. On my main, I did select the raider project. When I completed the project, I was awarded a cruiser instead of a raider. I tried selecting a new raider project and it promptly switched to the cruiser project. The raider project then promptly disappeared from my list of selectable projects.

    I checked on a Fed alt, and its current in-progress raider project was switched to a cruiser project. I then noticed that the raider project was not present as an option for an upcoming project.

    I've submitted tickets reporting these problems, but they promptly disappeared from my ticket list.

    i have reported the same issue twice now, logged a ticket of it yesterday but the ticket is now gone!

    so i reported it again.

    i completed my raider on my tac toon and received the cruiser when i unpacked it!

    I filed two tickets and they never posted on my list. However, I filed a couple through "GM help" and they did appear. Go figure ...
