[To the devs] MISSING Z-STORE SHIP !

Dear Devs.
A LONG time ago, I bought the "Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit" due to its ablative hull armor and now that I wanted to "re-claim" it, it shows that I have to re-buy it. I want to know how this happened - I STILL HAVE the ablative hull armor "module" that came with the ship in my bank if you dont belive that I actually bought the ship. (feel free to check your logs)
I also bought the Tactical Escort Retrofit due to the cloak ability (before the sao paolo came) for my tactical character.
Is this another "sale ploy" to make me spend money on something if bought long ago?

The va ship token for hitting level 51. this va ship token was removed and added to the vet reward system after they removed emblems from the 500 day vet reward.
The Second way to receive this ship token was with the 600 day vet reward. When introduced this ship token was only given to captains who had not received it upon hitting level 50.
The third was was by spending emblems to get this ship. (Emblems discontinued)
The forth was through the c-store.
Since the only option to get an account wide ship was through the c-store, only option 4 could reclaim a ship. Token/emblem ships were per character and never qualified to be reclaimed. In the same fashion as a lock box ship once gone you cannot reclaim and if an error occurs with a va ship token ship you would need to file a ticket to get it repaired.
Emblem/ship token ships also do not qualify for module discount on the fleet version. you can still use that armor on the fleet ship if you choose to acquire it.

You are also a lifer and have been here long enough to have claimed the ship with your va ship token or with your 600 day vet reward. The ship token ships are not c-store ships and are not reclaimable.
Most never bought it from the c-store because they got it for free. since you claim to have bought the c-store version does this mean you still have your va ship token?

I know I baught my defiant-r. I never baught my galaxy-r or my intrepid-r.
I have an intrepid I got for free with me va token. it still shows up in the c-store with a price tag.

On this character, I have a va ship token where I can purchase it even though I have the Defiant retrofit because I purchased it.

On this other character, I have already used my ship token and it is greyed out.

So you are saying on any character I used the token to buy it, that character cannot reclaim it despite the fact that I have purchased it from the C-Store? That sound like a major bug the programmers need to fix immediately.
The C Store is still the C Store it has never changed it's name the only thing that ever changed was the currency, that being Zen. But The c Store name remained.
Friendly note. Shouting at players on here will not get you anywhere, players on here are only too willing to help.
That was rather rude...rob provided reason why the cstore isn't allowing you to reclaim it. Messaging billing would be your best bet.

If you bought it with a free token from the 600-day reward, why would it be account-wide? You didn't shell out money for that ship.
