Question about the Mogh DDDS Console...

Do weapon consoles boost the damage at all? I mean like in disruptor mode as is the damage boosted by a disruptor coil or perhaps are the mines damage boosted by photon damage?

I've been thinking of a few ways to build a Mogh and I'm curious if anyone has tested this?

    As far as I know, they should be. I know that the disruptor point defense console is boosted by disruptor coils. And the photon point defense (fed side) is boosted by photon consoles.

    I hope so, but these are a bit of a different can of worms and I suppose I could understand why they might now.

    Will test later on, but the Avenger's console is affected by Tac consoles/flow caps depending on modes, so should be the Mogh's.

    Looking at the tooltip stats:
    The main warhead is affected by KHG and the specific type console for that mode.
    The secondary defense platform's kinetic damage is not buffed by KHG, but is buffed by the specific type of the main warhead's Tac console and generic mine consoles, except for the Tachyon (presumably Flow Caps buff that one)
    The damage the beams from the defense platforms do is only listed as being minor with no numbers on the tooltip, someone will need to run a parser to see if Disruptor Coils and AP Mags affect the beams.

    Thanks for the info! Does give me some ideas and I'm looking forward to trying it out when I can swing it.

    I have a question... When will we receive notice that Nintendo is suing Cryptic over the KDF's 3DS console? XD

    We don't want what the Feds have. We want the equivalent. We want fairer treatment. Concern, desire, greed to some extent, and passionate belief that the enough people would buy KDF items to make it worth Cryptic's while.

    Would like to interject for a moment:

    Tachyon Beams: Do seem to work accordingly with Flow Caps.

    Disruptor and Antiproton Beams: Don't seem to take into account your tac consoles. Could be wrong of course, but no matter what consoles I had, the beams seemed to do around (ignoring buffs, debuffs, etc for the moment) 200-300'ish damage.

    Kinetic damage for all three modes seems to work fine in terms of buffs and such.
    I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
    I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.
