Greetings all, i have a problem with appearance option, when i click on appearance button i don't see a special windows for it, this problem came when i have patched my game with Q's event, from this time i can't do anything to change my outfit or something like that. Anyone can help with this problem?

    my Kdf capt also cannot change or modify any outfits,

    i know this was raised as a 'known issue' in the last set of release notes but is there any mention of a fix comming soon.

    its only my kdf capt, my feds and roms are fine even my klink allied rom is fine.

    I play as feds captain and have this problem, also i have tried to create a roms character and had this situation too.

    I think there is already a topic for that. Check it, and add a post if this is the problem you have.

    No, as i understand by posts and after i look on your screen you can see a panel of any options to change your outfit or appearance but here is my problem, and by the way i have only one slot, another one is locked since need to be in a fleet.

    Here it is. I see only this when i click on modify.

    i see support team will not help me with that, sad, since i thought i will give answer on this bug.

    I noticed your personal armor and kit are showing on your character in the tailor.

    You could try this: open your character status window and right next to your armor and kit in your equipment you will see a tiny icon next to them. Click the icons to hide your armor and kit so they never show on your character. With them hidden they won't show up on you while at the tailor and won't show up on you at all. You can click the icons for your armor and kit again to unhide them.

    If that doesn't work then try doing a force verify of the game. On the game launcher after you log in but before you click the Engage button, click options at the top and check the box that says Force Verify, then click the Save button. Wait for the game to patch then log in and check the tailor again. The game will check the game files to make sure none are corrupt or missing and replace any that are. That's the theory anyway.

    Thank you for your help, but i still have this problam:confused:. Even when i try to create a new character i see this. So i don't know what to do, i thought this problem was with my client, but now i see that it is not.

    I experience the sme problem for all my characters. That came out after the Q's event took place. I've tried verifying and reloading game, but none of this could help :( That's what I see at tailor's https://pp.vk.me/c606917/v606917890/bd4/h6SDE0Ji6g8.jpg

    Still nothing works.
    And not only the character appearance and costumes. Armor isnot visible on my character, in ship appearance do not work colors.

    Thanks for doing nothing, guys. Funny anniversary with invisible costumes, appearance, mining - with all this funny bugs.
