Problem with displaying big map

Hello, I have a problem. I can't open big map. I tried different ways to open it, typing /map in the chat don't work for me, the keybind "M" also don't work, and yes "M" is set as keybind for map, and the button in the right of the mini map don't work as well. The big map just won't display. I'd be very happy if someone give me solution for the problem.
