Fluidic Space Fleet action?

I was tooling around looking for Doff missions and went to the Gamma Orionis sector then to the Pelia sector and there was a Fluidic Space rift that asked if I wanted to queue for the "Fluidic Space fleet action". When I clicked on it did nothing. Is this new or old or what. I have been playing for years and dont recall this event or mission. Anyone know what this is?

    There used to be a fluidic space Fleet Action, but they got rid of it when they redid and split up the STF's

    They just never changed the Gateway in the Pelia Sector.
