Patch update failing 'Missing Files'

Been trying to patch the game via the launcher for almost a hour now. It keeps resetting and saying there is a file missing. Also I've noticed that things are changing between 846Mb and 517Mb at times, like it's two entirely separate sets of files it's updating, yet I've got all my files in one location.
