KDF Winter Project Bugged

My KDF fleet, Klingon Intelligence, is doing the 2013 winter project and I'm getting an error when trying to contribute saying that "Contribution Failed" and that a fleete member is trying to contribute the difference to the project. The problem is that those items are only listed as partially full (even a day later, still getting error after the patch) so it's not showing that it's fully paid off.

Make sure you have none of the commodities in your overflow bag and try again.
