Can't buy things from Winter Vendor

So I have the materials to buy ANYTHING from the winter vendor on my FED Romulan. The problem is I can't actually buy anything. I went on to my KDF Romulan and bought things no problem. I even had a friend log onto their FED Romulan too and they bought items no problem.

So is anyone else having this issue? If so, got any trouble shooting tips or fixes for this?

Did you unlock the winter event items in your reputation store by doing the project that requires 1 ornament? (it should take any type of winter commodity)

Another thought: when you go to the winter wonderland zone, talk to Q. He has an option to complete a mission right there which automatically gives you a single ornament to contribute to the project to unlock the items in the event reputation store. For some reason this mission doesn't show up in the available tab of the hail starfleet/kdf window, nor is the mission given to you automatically. You have to actually talk to Q for it.

*Note: when completing the mission and getting the ornament from Q, your reputation window may open with a tool tip explaining how the reputation system works. Just click the X on the tooltip to close it and it won't come back. This mission when talking to Q can be completed once per character.

You don't actually have to contribute the ornament to the project that Q gives you. You can complete the project even before talking to him if you have 1 lying around. I did on 1 character and was able to buy 'The Big One' winter weapon from my reputation store.

If you're having trouble buying winter items when talking to the vendor in the gazebo, try buying them from your event reputation store after you unlock them. Hope this helps.

Make sure you have none of the commodities in your overflow bag -- that should do the trick.

I have the same issue on my Federation Romulan Character. Out of the four characters i have the Fed. Romulan character is the only one that can't buy items. Please fix this ASAP!


***UPDATE: Thanks for the suggestion on the overflow bag because that worked. I did not know we had an overflow bag. Maybe if it was like a glowing neon sign with arrows pointing to it? Oh well, good deal.

Have the exact same issue.
I can buy on Rom and Fed character but not the KDF. Cant store snowballs either so I am borked there also. I can do the races though.


UPDATE: I did have an item in overflow and that cleared it up...Check your overflow bag in inventory.
