Ultimate points?

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this question, but can someone give me a specific explanation on how I can spend my remaining Ultimate Points? I have 500 left.

    I used a prepaid game card from Ultimate Game Cards and whatever I had leftover was turned into Ultimate Points I believe. I am uncertain as to how to spend them.

    They are called Zen and you use them at the C-Store. Look for the Store icon at the bottom left corner of the minimap window.

    You can redeem the $5 left on your card on the billing site: https://billing.perfectworld.com/charge

    The remaining balance of $5 was turned into Ultimate Points. Am I still able to make that into Zen?

    I'm trying to use these Ultimate Points and the website tells me I am unable to login. I have reset my password a few times. I am at the Ultimate Pay website, I have created another account and there is am error.

    Billing tickets usually get an answer quite fast. Its the only department which would get an acceptable rating from me. Concerning all other types of tickets the service is nearly non existent.

    Defjurke,

    I assume you purchased a $25 Ultimate Game Card. Since STO only has options for a $20.00 Ultimate Game Card redemption, you must then go and do the $5 "card" as an additional step. The remaining balance of the card "Should" be applied.

    When you redeem the card originally, you should have entered a username and password for the card. Go back and do the $5 (like I mentioned above) and click on the Checkout box. At the top of the screen where it asks for the PIN, there will be a "log in" option. Log in and it should remember that you have X number of bonus points.

    If you only get the 500 Zen and not the bonus Zen, please fill out a billing ticket as mentioned by Branflakes above.

    Whenever possible, I tend to get 2 of the $25 cards and redeem the $50 option. This saves me from having to split them up (you can also buy a $20 and $10 and redeem the $30 option too).

    I tried that option and I logged in but it never applied the points. So now instead of getting promo points I get less than I even paid for!

    I put 3x $20 cards for $50 worth of Zen (6,050 after bonus and promo), and my balance of $10 worth of "Ultimate Points" seems to have disappeared. I have taken Brandon's advice and submitted a Billing Ticket. :(

    you ultimately lost your $5 (500 Ultimate Points) all because you dealt with a 3rd party vendor that is outside of "Perfect World's" control. Since PW does not, and can not tell "Ultimate Game Card" / Playspan Inc how to transfer the money, .. they (Playspan) will hold your $5 in a sort of account, until you continue to acquire enough to be spent at Perfect World .. Zen Purchase store.

    IE, you got screwed by not knowing the difference, and PW is going to give you the run around for it.



    If at all possible STOP BUYING "ULTIMATE GAME CARD" ALL TOGETHER. WALMART CARRIES $20 "PerfectWorld" CARDS ALL DAY LONG, AND YOU CAN PUT IN $40 AT A TIME ON THE ZEN PURCHASE. (Granted you will not get the +750 promotion this way... and PW knows they are TRIBBLE us in the deal this way)

    If you had even bothered to read the thread you'd see that they ran a second $5 transaction off the same card and got it credited to their Zen.

    Support helped me get my remaining $10 worth of "Ultimate Points" turned into Zen. However, I didn't get the 150 bonus zen that should have come with it for the current promotion. I updated my Support ticket and expect/hope they'll get that resolved shortly, too. Thanks (in advance) Cryptic!

    One thing I'll note is that Ultimate's website and/or their overlay that pops up while you're making the purchase at the PW site doesn't play well with Internet Explorer. Half their buttons only animated like they were being pressed, but didn't actually function. I tried installing FireFox and I was able to successfully navigate Ultimate's pages.

    Edit: Support manually adjusted my totals, giving me the missing 150Z. All's good/resolved now. Thanks!

    i just picked up a $25 Ultimate Card got the $20 dollars worth but am unable to receive the $5 that was left it says it was converted to ultimate points but cant find it extremely pissed will never buy this card again

    For me it looks like Ultimate Pay charged me for the promotional points so I can't use the full $25 on my card. When I used the $20 option, they only left me with 240 points out of 500 for the remainder. I made a ticket, but it is very annoying when you are trying to take advantage of a promotion and you have to be in limbo for a few days until it gets sorted out.

    I use the Ultimate Game card when they have the promos. I ran into a similar situation just minutes ago, but the information here helped point me in the right direction. I was able to get all of my zen so things are good.

    I hope those of you with issues get it worked out soon.

    I just got a canned response from them telling me I could pay more to top up the amount to make a second purchase so I sent a response to them asking what my options were for a refund. Never again will I purchase a game card.
