I have so far only seen it in the Dyson Joint Command Reputation.
I had started an Active Project for the Gravimetric Photon Torp Launcher Mk XII... but it changed to the Dyson Deflector Array MK XII by itself, but still has all of the items that I have paid in to it so far still there.
I do NOT want the Deflector, but I DO want the Photon Torp Launcher. (THANKS DEVS -- sarcasm)
These 2 items cost the EXACT SAME thing, and being that the Deflector is the newest thing to be put into the game.... my Rep thinks that is what I had been paying for/on and now I am stuck in getting it. If I stop the project, then I loose everything that I have paid in already, and I have to pay for it all over again, there by I pay TWICE for the same item!!!! WTHeck is that???
