Use ZEN, get the wrong thing

So here i was, bying my nice and shiny skill reset token from the ZEN store.
And all my traits were reset and none of my skills... :rolleyes:
And after 20h since making a ticket,, nothing has changed.
Yes, i checked and checked again to be sure that i bought the right item.

    What you describe sounds impossible, since buying a skill or trait reset token does not actually reset anything until you go and USE it at the appropriate place. Therefore, it should not be able to reset your skills unless you actually go to a respec guy, and therefore, you should still HAVE your token, if you bought the right one.

    Traits, on the other hand, can be respecced anywhere just by pushing the button. So you must have pushed that button instead of going to the right place to respec.

    Traits reset themselves the second i bought the skill reset token.
    And can't go to the respec guy since i have 500 points left which can't be used. :D
    Anyways, got a response from the management and hopefully this gets sorted soon.

    Found the correct NPC to reset the skills finally. :D
