wont allow me to buy the scimitar bundle

i got the zen, im a lvl 50 promoted romulan, but when i try to buy the scimitar bundle it says 'unable to complete this transaction,this item cannot be purchased at this time.'
tried reloggin and everything, want to get the scimitar while its on sale, not even gonna try making a ticket since the one i have from 3 weeks ago hasnt been responded to , what can i do to get the bundle while its still on sale?

    Have you made sure you have free inventory slots as well as free ship slots? The bundles go into the inventory on purchase and not directly to ship slots.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles
