Andorian Starter Pack missing

I received the Andorian Starter Pack months ago after buying Neverwinter. I let it sit in my c-store list untouched until I made a new alt. I just saw it a short while ago, but now it is gone. Anyone else have this problem or have an idea? I can't (or maybe I can) assume there was some 'time limit' on it?
