Empok Nor Confuse

In the process of doing "The Long Night" on ground map Empok Nor. Got confused which keeps resetting? Is it something to do with 700 day buff?

What is it with all the old missions and new bugs. Is that extra content? Seriously are the borg actually going to kill me when I do the Borg Collective Missions now ;)
