Rai cannot be claim as a Fed Sci

Been trying for the last few weeks to have my main Fed Sci captain claim Rai form Mine Enemy as a Doff.

I know there is an issue with finsihing the mission, but has anyone else found this?

I submitted a bug report for it... didnt get the ticket #, sorry.

You're aware that you need to do the tutorial (i.e. not opt to skip it) for that character to claim Rai?

If there is a bug with this mission it might be new. I claimed Rai with several fed roms, but that was months ago.

Sadly, for romulan republic characters, if you skip the tutorial after creating the character you won't get Rai as a doff for some reason. I'm having that problem myself on my romulan. (I have yet to find out if she becomes available when you reach rank 4 diplomacy/marauding. Gonna be a little while yet for me to get there.)

For federation and KDF characters, you need to have tier 4 diplomacy/marauding before Rai will join your crew. Romulan republic characters don't need any progress completed in diplomacy/marauding to get Rai to join.

No, this is not a RR character.

My Rom Sci - Fed aligned character got her awhile ago.

My Fed Tac got her, so did my Fed Eng.

But, when my Fed Sci captain beams down to Hilfer (sp), she sees Rai standing there by the beam down point. She goes over to talk with her but none of the dialogue options allow my character to calim Rai as a DOff.

I remember form the others that there is a dialogue option that asks what Rai does, and then you get a response that says something along the line that you would welcome her to your crew.

I will have to try it on another one of my Fed characters and see.
