Can't get Zen

Okay, so I decided to buy about 500 Zen, or whatever the minimum amount I could buy was. So I went through the regular process, entered my credit card number, security code, etc., and checked out, and it said that it would review the purchase and my zen would available shortly, or whatever. But it's been about 2 hours, and it says its STILL reviewing. Now I know nothings wrong with the card, and I know I have enough money on it, or else I wouldn't have completed the purchase. So can someone tell me if its a problem with the site or something? Thanks

    The company that processes the credit card purchase, is a different firm from Cryptic/PWE. Now you my know theirs nothing wrong with the card, but the processing company doesn't know this... And for a first time purchase, the review process may take 48 hours or more before the money gets transferred over to Cryptic/PWE...
