Respec Tokes gone

Today i started with my toons reputation. As a lifetimer i have 11 reputations respec token for every character few weeks ago i saw them now they are gone. Anyone else have this problem?

I am also a Lifer. Leveled my guy up long before free to play. I think I Have respected him maybe 6 times at most. But mysteriously I have no tokens now.

seems the last maintenance messed some things up cause my traits are respeced to what i had before i respeced for wing commander so i have to get a new respec token to get wing commander trait back blah one thing fixed another broken.

i have write the support it is no bug.

Respec Tokens are granted on the Account Level, meaning that the tokens can be used by any character.

that means all the respec token each character is gone.

Full Respec: Each character on your account will earn a Full Respec/Retrain Token. To perform a respec, visit a Skill Trainer available to your faction (Fed: Earth Spacedock and Deep Space K-7; KDF: Qo?noS and Ganalda Space Station; Both: Deep Space Nine). Please note that this reward does not respec Bridge Officers and a single character can fully retrain only once per token.

before season 8 i had 11 token each Character on over 30 of my 36 level 50 Character (i have make one each race)

now tokens gone ......................
