"Your Status" Buffs and Debuffs Moving to top Edge of screen randomly

Ok so bit of an odd bug I think I found here but I run a 1920x1080 Screen (Widescreen, Windowed) and when I go on ground the Buffs and Debuffs on the "Your Status" component of the HUD suddenly jump right up behind the Vice Admiral area.

This doesnt happen all the time but I have had it occur at least 5 times this week, about second time today. The only way i've been able to fix it is to close client and log in again.

I will get screenshots when it happens again but has anyone encountered this or have a short term fix in the interim?
