not buying things because of "bugs"

this thread is hopefully to catch the attention of cryptic ( lol -.- ).
i was going to set to and go after certain special BOFFs...the Romulan Borg for my Romulan captain and the Photonic Tactical BOFF for my fed eng captain... this likely would have involved some monies changing hands in your favour as both are sold for lobi...but i can't train actually them in high end skills (nor any of the special BOFFs) and your "tailor" is frankly a disaster area*...so i've decided in the words of the great Gene Wilder "YOU GET NOTHING!"...its not worth it...directly because of "bugs" and bad system design...
also i will be cancelling my sub come the end of its current month (again) but i promised this wasn't gonna be one of those (ignored) posts (mostly about bugs) again...this is mostly due to the fact one of my ships just basically doesn't work properly and your QA/in game support is laughable (except its not actually...) .
i'm sick to death of being ignored and white knighted when i make posts mentioning bug and having in game tickets answered by bots and then ignored.
and i'm sick of having to wangle through "bugs" on practically every single interface in game and on pretty much every excursion i make within it.
i may well continue to play your game occasionally (until such time as the IP is handed on to someone hopefully more worthy of it) but...well any future "investment" on my part really doesn't seem worth it any more imo.
* i should point out that imo the reason the tailor is such a mess is because of the clamp down and "community management" that has came into place since PWL took over. prior to this the players of this game helped shape/repair/make it...the tailor being a prime example where they system, uniforms and options were refined at length via direct developer/community interaction...that doesn't happen any more...not only does it not happen any more but its been hidden away in favour of some infuriating suggestion that such developer/community interaction is a "no. no" because of the nature of the games community...and apparently no one can exercise forum moderation except when its on topic that reflects badly on the game...imo the "insulation" from the public gained in return is not actually a plus...
anyways just another shrill voice in the ether no doubt in line to be pilloried, sidelined and ignore once again..."come at me bro" as they say on tinternet. tag it and bin it. punch your clock. i don't care any more.

I'm currently taking a break because I'm fed up with the constant grinding and you know what, after playing TF2 and Skyrim I rediscovered that games are actually fun! I'm gonna spend the next few weeks going through my steam summer sale games I didn't play and I'm actually going to enjoy gaming for a while.

they can close whatever they like. i expect it. but they wont get a dime from me for this bug infested junk from now on. they had their chance to communicate...but they thought bots as in game GMs and CM "filtering" of players "concerns" was a better idea. it's quite clear they are not interested. so ye close the thread. why not.
it mentions bugs in the general forum so it would likely be moved even if it didn't mention "quitting".
that's how they roll...
