Ongoing Issues with Abort Mission

The Abort Mission button has been greyed out in various social zones for several months now. This bug makes you unable to leave the map by any means other than through a mission transwarp. I used the term "various" because there really seems to be no rhyme or reason to it, and some work sometimes: DS9 for example. Yet 1 out of 3 times I've gone to the interior of DS9 recently, they button to beam back to the ship is greyed out. This bug predates Season 8 by several months. This bug effects _every_ social zone, but like at DS9, not all affected zones are bugged every time. New Romulus (both ground and space) is _always bugged for any non- Romulan_, affecting both Fed and KDF. Occasionally, First City, ESD, DS9 (both ground and space for the preceeding 3), or even random exploration clusters are affected. I have even had the bug happen in the Dyson Sphere.
Again, this is not a new bug- it had persisted for several months before Season 8.
Side note: Cryptic- please clean up all of the numerous bugs before releasing more new content. New content is great and all, but you are now building on top of a house of cards.
