Grenades and...wait I don't have any?

So I've been using grenades to cause chaos among my foes, until the last patch. I logged in to find my hotbar full of other abilities that my Captain has always had, but no grenades. I logged out, logged in, and nope, no grenades.

Ensuring I had not done anything silly, like respec, I tried to open my abilities windows on the hotbar and drag my grenades there. Nope. No grenade skills. I'm at a loss here. Where are they and how do I get them onto my hotbar?

Such a newbie question, but it's killing me. Would retraining my BOFFs or using all Engineers affect my tactical captain so he can't use them? Does I need to buy them or something silly now?

Well if you're seeing it that means you have the kit equipped, make sure the lock tray checkbox is unticked

Press P... This should help you, since it's simple once you know the shortcut in most cases.

In case you haven't resolved this yet, have you made sure your tactical kit with grenade abilities is still equipped? Grenades aren't innate abilities for Tac captains, they're from kits. If you have the right kit equipped, try un-equipping and re-equipping. If the kit is equipped and you still don't have any grenade abilities in your ability window, try moving to a new zone/instance. If they still don't appear, submit a ticket as that sounds like a bug.
