Installation 18/Out of sight. Cant advance

Tried three retakes of this mission. Every time i stuck in the first pack of Romulans. First console to turn off alarnm wont become usable and prevents advancement any further.

Worked after fifth retake.

    Just had the same issue. Dropped the mission then hailed again and everything seemed to work out this time.
