Never had this before. Went down 1 level and noticed an enemy fly up through the ceiling then I noticed I had lost some boffs as well. Went down a bit further and all gone. Guess I can't complain about boffs go under the map anymore...

    Had boffs underground in exploration cluster missions since beta/launch. If they went down to the bottom level and were waiting for me... but trying to solo the main boss was impossible. Just glad the respawn was outside the last room and my boffs respawned there with me and didn't disappear again.

    I can understand bugs in new content but this new season seems to have topped all the others by introducing new bugs into very old missions. I did this mission twice during the Q XP reward on two KDF toons and had no issues.

    I remember this bug. It got me stuck on several characters and had to redo it over and over.

    Though later I learned, at a certain angle you could shoot it. Spamming either [space bar] or maybe even go into shooter mode, would do the trick.

    Sometimes it doesn't happen at all.

    It happened to my Romulan about a couple months back, my boffs fell through the floor and there seemed to be a few Devidians stuck in the geometry as well. First time it had ever happened to me on that mission.

    Btw, this is a necro. You couldn't start a new thread about this?

    Would a new topic make a difference? (nothing against you). If the devs/mods post rules about how we should notify them about very old issues I will follow them. Months from now will this issue be fixed?

    I have one Eng I have started hanging around B'tran again (exploration cluster) for the Tech Doff.. just waiting for a ground mission where my boffs and enemy fall through. Reported bug years ago.

    For explorations missions; Why not just remove the ground missions that have the problem and add foundry ones whilst rewarding their authors with a small amount of dilithium every time someone plays them, no I don't make missions, but would probably play more if they were more random.

    There are necro posts that are worthless but resurrecting posts that haven't been dealt with isn't a waste of time and will hopefully mean the issue will get dealt with...

    The part we're talking about comes after fighting the "killer" where you have to descend down to the computer core.

    What you're talking about is most likely the bug where when fighting the "killer", a Devidian can get stuck up in a ceiling fan. Well that happens sometimes as well as the Devidians getting stuck in the environment such as the ramp that leads to the middle of the room. If they get stuck in the ramp there is no way to shoot them, no matter what angle you are. The one that gets stuck in the ceiling fan can usually be targeted and like you said, if you move around you can usually find an angle where you can actually shoot it.
