What is wrong with my procs? Fed-aligned Reman

Hello,

as I have started playing my Reman more and more, I fixed her up with some doffs for ground active duty.
However something seems amiss about my procs. I haven't been able to find any other threads about this,
but if there are any, please point me in the right direction

I have currently slotted these doffs:

Armory officer Dottie Ingeborg Suoboda (purple)
Fabrication engineer Rirell (green)
Explosives expert Varel (blue)
Transporter officer Etak'Kas (purple)

I use the Romulan Engineering Kit - Fabrication Specialist Mk X (from the embassy).

For my character itself, the procs are generally fine, with the exception of the plasma turrets.
It procs often enough, however it never gives me 3 turrets - only 2. One IV and one III.
I have summoned the turrets a multitude of times, and it never gives me the third turret.

I run with the same kit and a purple armory officer on my Fed Borg engineer as well,
but she always gets 3 turrets when it procs, never just 2.

The rest (quantum mortars, support drones and shield+medical generator) seems to work
just fine on my captain. However, I have noticed that my Romulan and Reman engineering boffs
do not seem to proc any fabrications at all!

I bought the doff Etak'Kas yesterday and went to New Romulus to test him out. It worked fine for my
character - my medical generator also procced a shield generator several times. For my Romulan boff,
however, it never procced once from his shield generator. I started clicking his other skills as well, and
noticed that he never procced any additional quantum mortars or plasma turrets either.

Therefore, I tested my boffs for a few hours today on New Romulus, and the results so far seem to indicate
that something is not right with my boffs.

My Rom engineer, Chovak (previously known as D'Vex), summoned a quantum mortar II, a plasma turret II
and a shield gen I 20 times each.
He never procced at all.

My Reman engineer, Evropea, summoned a quantum mortar II and a plasma turret II 20 times each.
She never procced at all.

My Borg engineer boff, however, summoned a medical generator 10 times and procced a shield generator 5 times.
Then she summoned a shield generator 10 times and procced a medical generator 3 times.
Quantum mortars took a lot longer, but she did proc twice, on the 17th and 19th attempt.

I also did some testing on my Fed Borg engineer captain and one of her eng boffs, and all the procs seemed
perfectly fine for those.

So apparently my Reman captain's turret procs are bugged, but are my boffs bugged as well,
or do I just have an extremely unlucky crew?

Can't help, but I have the same problem with the same results after testing in the new battlezone - reman/romulan eng doffs and no gernerator procs with them either. Going to be a problem since S7 gave a bridge full of them.

Bumping; even though technically necro, having the same problem. Romulan eng, Fed aligned, Embassy Fabrication kit, purple Armory Officer, but only getting one bonus turret when the officer procs instead of the expected two turrets.
