Weapons Battery Drops From Tray

Ive noticed since that of the latest patch, the when i enter combat and go for a Weapons Battery in Space, it is missing from the tray UI. If i remove it from my ship tray box and take it out and back in and then place it in the correct location for the UI combat, it stays but when i enter combat is there but it wont show up.
