Ultimate gamecard problem

I purchased a $25 ultimate games card (I've done a few before) I loaded up 20 for 2000 zen but when I went back for the remaining 5, nothing the remainder had disappeared. what do I need to do to get this resolved?

    Go to Ultimatepay.com and sign in. Use the email you have for STO. Once you are in, go to "PaybyCash".

    You will be told that you have an unused balance. This is your $5

    It does not keep it as USD, but converts it to UltimatePoints.


    Edit: If you write an ingame ticket, CS will give you the instructions on how to do it. Be warned.... It took me FOREVER to log in with UltimatePay. I'm talking 2+ hours....

    Does the ultimatepay site work. ive been trying to login or create account but it wont continue. please PWE next time you do a promo stick to your own prepaid cards! Ultimategamecard just made things complicated now that they are selling $25 cards.
