Seeing ghosts???

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this? This didnt start until the patch for season 8 was released,so i doubt its my gfx card,since everything else is normal.

    Hmm, seen that on ships a few times (Mogai's wings, Odyssey's docked Aquarius), but never on the ground before.

    I had something similar (though instead of white people had LCARS plastered all over them) and a force verify seemed to clear it up. That might be worth a try, possibly a texture related file got damaged or deleted somehow.
