Portrait/Skin Texture Bug in Dyson Sphere

Hailing contacts while in my ship in the Dyson Sphere bugs out the skin texture of my character (and every other character on my screen). Specifically, interacting with Commander Kaol or Commander Arnold via hail.
Characters sometimes have no facial textures, or the colors switch to blue/red/black/purple randomly. Another situation that sometimes occurs is that every character gets the same lighting as the contact that was hailed, including shadows cast by other characters walking past the contact.
Logging just the character out does nothing, and logging another character in if the issue is present results in the same bug.
Workaround: After the bug occurs, log completely out of the game and log back in.
