Tykens Rift not benefiting from Protonic Stabilizer Module

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended (hence I've assumed a bug and posted in the bug section). Tyken's Rift is not benefiting from the Protonic Stabilizer Module power of the new shield refrequencer modules, this is despite the skills tree listing Tykens Rift as an Exotic Power under the Grav Generators Skill based on which I would assume it should benefit from the power.

Tested using by equipping Tykens Rift 2 with a couple of refrequencer modules (rares - particle and grav skill boosting in case it matters), this then doesn't give the tooltip for Tykens Rift the extra info about the protonic module power, however Grav Well 3 and Tachyon Beam which I've got equipped do have the info so the module is working with those powers.

I think it is just a tooltip bug. I noticed tkr was having the damage output. Tbr also did the extra damage but no tooltip for it
