New Subscriber Rewards?

I've noticed that the last 100 day increment reward for subscribers has been more than a bit delayed, in fact, shouldn't we have more than three more by now? Also, I do not count the Roumulan version as a new reward due to it simply coming along side the KDF and FED versions shortly after the introduction of the Romulans as a race. At least I don't remember any new Subscriber rewards after the Chimera release in October of last year.

    Veterans (Subscriber) rewards have been capped at 1000 days, which explains why there hasn't been any new announcements for it...

    Ah, that explains things, so there really isn't all that huge a benefit to subscribing as opposed to just buying $5 a month worth of Zen then right? I mean besides the extra refinement of Dilithium, which is just a 1000 more and the refinement of dilithium if offline for a number of days, right?

    Not to mention the increased BO slots, Bank, Inventory & Respec tokens for new characters, and access to limited Beta tests on Tribble.

    Though in reality, this is a empty gripe. Now a days, the only practical way to reach to 1000 day subscription milestone is to purchase the Lifetime subscription, which is also the only way to gain the 'Liberated Borg' playable character class... And this makes re-subscription a non-issue...

    I came up with an idea for a Veteran Store that gives 3 Veteran Token for every month subscribed and 1 Veteran Token for every 500 Zen transferred to STO. The Veteran Store would include all the current veteran rewards and new items that are not automatically given to lifers. So we would have to be subscribed for a specific amount of time or spend a certain amount of money on Zen to get these items. With this method, a F2P player would be able to purchase the Chimera if they transferred enough Zen to STO.
