Can't read bios.

Since a long time I can't read the bios of other player. Even the basic infos like career or fleet are empty. Is this a bug or could it be another problem?

    I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
    I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.

    This bug has been in the game since Beta and seems incredibly difficult to fix, just like the Character Select bugs with the wrong costume. A shame really, makes all the Bio entries players put effort into useless :/

    Yep, always have had this problem. My chars dont even have bios because of this.

    Im a closet roleplayer on occasion, but whats the point if you cant even get a feel for who someone is trying to be?

    It works sometimes, other times you cant see them for hours.
