tean leader cant change whos boffs come down on missions

I am not sure if this has been reported as a bug or not, since search wont show it. but while teamed up with a friend who ever is the team leader cant change whos boffs come down on the mission. this started when season 8 came out. and I can reproduce this bug over and over again.

    still no word on if the team leader not being able to assign which team mate gets to choose their boffs wen less then 5 people bug is going to receive attion?
