STO Collector's Edition Key Problems

A good friend of mine in my fleet purchased a copy of Collector's Edition and gave me one of the keys to get a 10 day gold subscription.

I entered the key and it said it was a legacy code and it also said it activated. I checked my subscription status and it says inactive. In the game, I also don't have the 10 day gold status. I also looked under legacy unlocks.

I was once a gold subscriber for a little under a month. What happened is that the activation added to my days instead of giving me active gold status. Currently I have 39.37 days, which is more than what I actually subscribed for.

I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you.

    I am bumping this thread up because it's already on the second page and no answer since yesterday. I know you guys are busy with the season 8 and fixing the bugs so that's why I'm bumping it. Sorry if that's breaking any rules. But I really would like some help with this issue. Thank you again.

    I haven't received an answer and the thread is on page 6. I need some help before the 10 days are up.

    I got a auto-response yesterday from another form on Perfect World but nothing else. No response from the ticket I submitted in STO.

    I really would appreciate some help. Not only would it resolve my issue but it would let other people get that 10 day gold status and possibly lead to another stable gold subscriber.

    You have Twitter? Contact Branflakes directly via Twitter and he might be able to help push this along.

    Otherwise, you could be waiting awhile.

    Sad to say you are highly unlikely to get a dev response here.

    If you are lucky, some players may have experienced this issue and have a solution or be able to tell you you are out of luck.
    Failing the in-game bug report and contacting Cryptic customer support directly, forums are not the best way to get anything resolved.

    Thanks for the suggestions to contact those guys on Twitter. I just made an account there.

    I was hoping for suggestions or if I was doing something wrong as well. And if it's a real bug, hopefully it would get fixed.

    You should get the 10 day trial but it might be because you already had a gold sub.
