A good friend of mine in my fleet purchased a copy of Collector's Edition and gave me one of the keys to get a 10 day gold subscription.
I entered the key and it said it was a legacy code and it also said it activated. I checked my subscription status and it says inactive. In the game, I also don't have the 10 day gold status. I also looked under legacy unlocks.
I was once a gold subscriber for a little under a month. What happened is that the activation added to my days instead of giving me active gold status. Currently I have 39.37 days, which is more than what I actually subscribed for.
I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you.
I am bumping this thread up because it's already on the second page and no answer since yesterday. I know you guys are busy with the season 8 and fixing the bugs so that's why I'm bumping it. Sorry if that's breaking any rules. But I really would like some help with this issue. Thank you again.
I got a auto-response yesterday from another form on Perfect World but nothing else. No response from the ticket I submitted in STO.

If you are lucky, some players may have experienced this issue and have a solution or be able to tell you you are out of luck.
Failing the in-game bug report and contacting Cryptic customer support directly, forums are not the best way to get anything resolved.
