Getting less than 4 lobi per box

I opened 4 Voth lock boxes last night, 3 gave me 4 lobi each, one gave me 3. A total of 15 for 4 lock boxes. As stated from the dev pages:
"All Voth Lock Boxes contain at least 4 Lobi Crystal"
Can someone look into this please? Is anyone else having this problem?

    Maybe the old loot tables were brought back in for some reason? I recall that the first two or three lockboxes didn't give half the lobi they have done recently. They were a minimum of one (1) lobi per box and a maximum of fifty.

    That said, I haven't been able to get on due to the crashes s8 introduced.
    I need a beer.
