Graphical issues encountered on ESD

All right, let me start off by saying that this did NOT happen prior to today. At all. Ever. So something must've changed in the Season 8 patch to cause this.

That being said, anyone else seeing things like this?

    I also have the same problem here. Some rendering was not properly done since season 8 update.

    Seems to happen intermittently on all ground maps, not just ESD, as I found out after playing a while longer. No issues in space yet.

    When this happens (it doesn't always happen), other graphical bugs occur as well, such as not being able to see the icons for items in my inventory nor the equipped items on my bridge officers, the bridge officers are not rendered properly on the character status screen, smoke effects do not render properly, and other similar issues.

    Kind of annoying... anyone have any ideas?

    EDIT: For reference, I am playing in windowed mode.
    EDIT 2: It seems to happen in space now too.
