When I go to the help and support menu, then select show tickets, it gives me a blank screen. I can click refresh, but nothing happens! :mad: How do I fix this?
No idea, it's happening for me now, too.
Went to view my tickets and nothing shows up. I wonder if they're even submitted at all, despite the successfully submitted popping up after I have entered one.
