Broken Fleet Icon Palette - colors shift to blue

When in the fleet icon editor, any color in the mid-range/lighter colors changes to a light blue/cyan after selection, making all those colors unusable (unless you want light blue).

This is happening on both fed and kdf sides.

    It's a known bug. Been around for quite some time now. Since LoR launched at least.
    It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

    I know it's been around for months. Would be awful nice to see it fixed. :(
