Not receiving Dilithium from the Dilithium Exchange

In my history tab, it says "Sold 25 Zen for 133 Dilithium each."
Yet, I still have the 180 Dilithium I already had.
I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and nothing has changed except for the Zen I sold from my account has been transferred to the Dilithium Exchange. I've tried this 4 times and I'm really getting frustrated. :mad:

I have tried:
Logging out and logging back in
Restarting the game
Restarting my computer

Is there a place I'm supposed to go to retrieve the Dilithium?

    You probably already know this but any sold currency must be claimed in the market screen that you use to sell or buy from it doesn't automatically claim it for you.

    Yes, I know. But there's nothing to withdraw.
