Omega Reputation Passive Bonuses

I recently completed Tier 4 in the Omega and Nukara Reputations and neither T4 passive I selected seems to be working. The omega T4 passive that is supposed to greatly increase shield regeneration is not working at all and the Nukara defensive passive that is supposed to take 20% the value of my aux and add that to my Structual Integrity, Shield System, and Hull Plating skills is only augmenting the Structural Integrity.

The following is what i have done so far to try and resolve the issue on my own:

Log out of the character and log in again

Log out of the game and log in again

Force Verify all game files (no errors)

Disable On-Demand patching to force the entire preseason patch to take (which it wasn't doing)

Tested my vessel under both neutral and combat conditions (paying attention to all relevant stats and figures DURING combat)

I do not know if other passives are also not working but this glitch is making me think I should attempt to test the rest of them where possible. I worked long and hard on my Reputation development and to finally get the passives I have been most excited about then discover they are not working is a truly epic bummer. I hope this can be resolved.

Actually I think you did....

I am unsure about nukara, but omega shield regen is hidden but it is indeed working. This was confirmed by a dev about a month ago

I have gone from ground, to system space, to sector space, to the fleet base, and back around again at least a dozen times. I really don't like the sound of this "hidden" effect either. I whipped out the stopwatch and 1v1ed one of my fleet mates and I confirmed that my shield regen is the same as it was before I picked up the passive... roughly 195 shields points per 6 seconds. The boost I was supposed to receive was 301.9 and I am just not seeing it...


Edit: I can now confirm that the Nukara T4 Passive is now fully functional again for me now that I restarted again
but the Omega is still an issue.

Correctly displayed shield regen numbers have been an issue for roughly a year+, all they so far accomplished in fixing it is for every shield array to display its base regen value w/o any mods or bonuses applying to it.
