STO Hero Skills

In Sphere of Influence, during the last battle with the Elachi, we had access to some seriously beefed up Hero boff skills due to having a bunch of Hero characters on our ship. Worf had some insane attack pattern skill, Shon had a crazy evasive maneuvers, and Koren had something that made your weapons stronger (can't remember exactly what it was).

So this got me thinking...what would be the Hero boff skills of other Star Trek Hero characters if they were to show up in STO?

    Capt. Sisko: The Sisko Fist, stuns and knocks down anything even genetically engineered super soldiers and omnipotent beings.

    Deanna Troi: Uselessness, increases your cooldowns by 5%

    Cmdr. Riker: The Beard, placate and confuse any female character
    My Romulan Liberated Borg character made it to Level 30 and beat the (old) Defense of New Romulus with the skill point bug. :D

    Picard: Diplomatic Negotiations (space) - If after a minute of combat your ship is not destroyed, your enemies automatically disarm

    Gowron: Crazy Stare (ground) - as soon as an opponent looks at your front arc they are immediately locked in an unbreakable hold

    Barclay: Holodeck Addiction (space) - Photonic Officer has no cooldown and cannot be deactivated or removed by any debuffs
